For new concrete surfaces or existing surfaces! Whether it’s a slab/pad which is part of your new build/addition or a new to you slab which has seen better days. Our process is as follows- All existing slabs get washed with a mix of chemicals and acids to bring out any/all oils, acids, chemicals that may be penetrated in concrete. This is immediately wet grinded with our dustless grinders on your whole slab. Any gaps, cracks, expansion joints can be filled with our Polyurea blended joint filler. This filler fills gaps/cracks entirely, sets on top of surface, so once its cure, we simply slice off the excess filler until flush with substrate. Our base coats consist of a variety of colors that are applied to our heavy-duty Epoxy, which many use as topcoat but we use as a rock-solid primer/foundation. If flake patterns are desired, this is broadcast into the wet epoxy in either light, moderate or saturated amounts. Once cure, all excess flake is vacuumed away, and the almost bulletproof topcoat goes on. A polyaspartic topcoat is applied over epoxy/flake for the following reasons/benefits over conventional topcoats – Superior UV stability will ensure it never Yellows. - Excellent oil/Battery acid resistance-Highly Washable-Extreme impact resistant to falling objects.
